Summer All Skills Camp (Beginner-Intermediate Level)

Program Information:
Texas One Summer Camp is designed to improve all the fundamental skills of volleyball. Our method of training is not just about letting players have fun, but instead, we provide clear and concise instruction that helps athletes to develop a high muscle habit by the consistent movement of repetitions.  It is much harder to correct bad habits than to design a great pattern from the start. The right technical skills are the foundation for improving your child's level of play.  Technical expertise provides players with the tools to execute the physical requirements of the game.  When a player has solid technical skills, they can focus on the other elements of the game (i.e., how to score a point).  This summer, Texas One Summer Camp will focus on these elements to help athletes to be better volleyball players.​

All training will be at Texas One Athletics.

Registration:
All players must register online.

Description of Training:
Training consists of moderate to high impact training including gameplay sessions. Players are grouped by age and level. 

Coaches:
Texas One Volleyball coaches include former D1 college coaches, TOV coaches, and former TOV players.

Requirement:

Knee pads and athletic shoes are required.  Practice time is subject to change.  
No makeup.  Registration fees are non-refundable/non-transferable.​
