About the program:

Off Season Volleyball is a training program for middle school volleyball players who are finished with school volleyball and want to continue the volleyball training to further improve their skills.  The training methodology will be similar to our competitive club training with more emphasis on repetition.  We assume most of the players are intermediate to advanced levels, therefore; we expect players to work hard and adapt to our high-level training.
